Official Terms of Service
Welcome to Sky Party™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sky Party LTD (RC 8997727), a subsidiary of 15th Dimension Group. By accessing our platform or reserving an event package, you confirm your acceptance of these protocols.
Sky Party LTD is an Events and Lifestyle Experience Company, not an air carrier.
Operating control of all aircraft remains exclusively with independent, NCAA-licensed Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) holders.
The 15D Sky Party circuit provides high-altitude networking environments. Our service fee covers the production, guest vetting, onboard management (Sky Managers), premium catering (NAFDAC approved), and specialized ground logistics. We do not sell commercial airline tickets.
Participation is restricted to individuals 18 years or older. All attendees must undergo mandatory biometric verification, security screening, and execute a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Sky Party LTD reserves the right to deny access to any individual who fails internal compliance checks or airline security protocols.
Refunds are strictly calculated based on the Sky Party Event Fee component. The Air Carriage Fee is subject to the independent terms of the licensed operator.

*Technical/Regulatory cancellations: If an event is rescheduled by more than 24 hours by 15D/Operator, an 80% recovery is offered to account for non-recoverable operational staging costs.
Guests must adhere to the Behavioral Decorum Protocol monitored by the 15D Sky Manager. Disruptive conduct, unauthorized use of recording equipment on flight decks, or non-compliance with airline crew instructions results in immediate manifest removal. In such cases, no refunds shall be issued.
Aviation Liability: Responsibility for flight safety, operation, delays, and technical performance rests entirely with the NCAA-licensed AOC holder. Sky Party LTD and 15D Group are held harmless for any aviation-related incident, injury, or operational variance.
Event Liability: 15D Group's total aggregate liability is strictly capped at the amount of the Sky Party Event Fee paid by the individual.
We operate under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). International attendees' data is processed in alignment with GDPR principles. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with exclusive jurisdiction held by the courts of Lagos State.
